Steak, salad and the sea
A visit to the Friesischen Botschaft in the cellar of the Parkhotel is a great experience and enjoyment. The rustic atmosphere, the tasty, freshly prepared dishes and the lovely, maritime interior design let you enjoy the Frisian way.

Fish fondue
Juicy fillets of tuna, zander, salmon, halibut, butterfish and king prawns are prepared in the wok. Served with crispy salads, side dishes to taste, oven-fresh baguette and as many spicy dips as you like. Reserve our Captain's Cabin for this!

Dry Aged Beef
Let time work its magic to create juicy, intense flavors and tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat. Dry aged beef is the epitome of slow food. We mature whole backs of fresh heifers with roast beef and rib eye for at least 4 weeks.

Pure nature
When the weather is fine, you can also enjoy all of our culinary offerings outdoors. In our open outdoor area you can see green trees and hear the birds chirping - the best conditions for a special taste experience.
